Savant prevents access to the CPU by any unauthorized application, whether malicious applications such as viruses, Trojans or Bots; unwanted applications that can impact productivity and system performance such as file sharing, instant messaging or games; and programs that have simply been determined as not necessary for users to do their job.

Malware Cannot Run or Spread
Whether intentionally or by mistake, if malware arrives from an outside source, it is considered unauthorized, will not have a key, and therefore cannot execute or spread. Savant stops all unknown, modified or malicious software from running or spreading.
